Boom Stick Armory LLC ("Boom Stick Armory, we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and processes a variety of data, some of which may be Personal Data of users of our website and online services. "Personal Data" is defined as non-public information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) and is transmitted to or accessible through the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we may collect, use, and process, how we do that, and how the data subjects, i.e. Users, may use their rights.
This Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data we obtain from our customers, our customers’ customers, and their representatives (collectively, "Users"), including data obtained through our websites and online services when the relevant User registers to use or otherwise utilizes software functionality utilizing the Boom Stick Armory cloud-based infrastructure, software, and other applications used by Boom Stick Armory to provide the necessary functionality for operations across all aspects of the Boom Stick Armory system (collectively, the "Services"). In addition, some of our Services might be subject to a separate privacy policy. If a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, we will post it on the relevant website or otherwise in connection with the Service in question.
The current version can be found on our website www.boomstickarmory.us. We will not make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy or reduce the rights of Users under this Privacy Policy without providing a notice thereof on our website. This Privacy Policy only covers data processing of Personal Data carried out by Boom Stick Armory and Personal Data in the possession of Boom Stick Armory. The Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third parties. Boom Stick Armory disclaims all responsibility for the processing carried out by third parties, also in cases where Services include hyperlinks to third parties’ websites.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND SOURCES OF DATA
We collect two types of information from the Users: User Data and Technical Data. Although we do not normally use Technical Data to identify individuals, sometimes individuals can be recognized from it, either alone or when combined or linked with User Data. In such situations, Technical Data may also be considered Personal Data under applicable laws, and we will treat the combined data as Personal Data if required by applicable laws.
Boom Stick Armory may collect and process User Data including, but not limited to: (i) name and contact details; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) phone number; (iv) invoicing and billing information; (v) transaction and other payment data; and (vi) other Personal Data Users provide themselves. Some User Data is received directly from Users at the point of registration or otherwise during the customer relationship, while the rest is based on data provided to Boom Stick Armory for processing.
Technical Data gathered in connection with the use of our Services may include: (i) User’s IP address; (ii) browser type and version; (iii) preferred language; (iv) geographic location; (v) operating system and computer platform; (vi) full URL clickstream, including date and time; (vii) products or services a User viewed or searched for; (viii) areas of our Services a User has visited; and (ix) historical data regarding the use of our Services.
1.1 Web analytics services
Our Services use several web analytics services to compile Technical Data and reports on visitor usage and to help us improve our Services.
1.2 Cookies
We use various technologies to collect and store Technical Data and other information when Users visit our Services, including cookies. Cookies allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Services and monitor usage, helping us improve our Services and better serve our Users. 4. PURPOSES AND LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data is processed by Boom Stick Armory for managing customer relationships, facilitating transactions and payments, and for managing, developing, and analyzing our customer service. Personal Data is also used to direct marketing at special customer groups and other related business activities.
4.1 For quality improvement and trend analysis.
We may process information regarding the use of the Services to improve the quality of our Services, for example, by analyzing trends. When possible, we will do this using only aggregated, non-personally identifiable data.
4.2 To provide our Services and carry out our contractual obligations.
We process Personal Data primarily to offer the Services to our customers and Users. We may use data to offer essential functionalities of the Services and provide access. If a User contacts customer service, we will use provided information to answer questions and solve issues.

4.4 For adding Value-Added Functionality to our Services.

Boom Stick Armory does not store Personal Data longer than is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes of providing the Services. Typically, we store Personal Data for as long as the User is a registered subscriber or for as long as we have another purpose to do so, and thereafter for no longer than is required or permitted by law.
6.1 Right to withdraw consent.
Where processing is based on consent, the User may withdraw it at any time. This may lead to fewer possibilities to use, or the complete termination of, our Services.
6.2 Right to correct.
Users have the right to have incorrect, imprecise, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary Personal Data corrected or completed.
6.3 Right to object.
Users may object to certain use of Personal Data if such data is processed for purposes other than those necessary for the performance of our Services or compliance with a legal obligation.
6.4 Right to access.
Boom Stick Armory offers access to the Personal Data processed by us upon request.

We take all reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures include encryption, firewalls, and secure facilities. If a security breach occurs that is likely to have negative effects on privacy, we will inform relevant Users and authorities as soon as reasonably possible.
We only share Personal Data within the organization if necessary for Services. We do not share Personal Data with third parties outside of the organization unless:
- Explicit consent is provided.
- It is necessary for purposes set out in this policy.
- It is for authorized service providers who perform services for us.
- For legal reasons, such as meeting applicable law, regulation, or court orders.
