Boom Stick Armory LLC ("Boom Stick Armory, we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and processes a variety of data, some of which may be Personal Data of users of our website and online services. "Personal Data" is defined as non-public information that identifies a specific living person (not a company, legal entity, or machine) and is transmitted to or accessible through the Services. This Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data we obtain from our customers, our customers’ customers, and their representatives (collectively, "Users"), including data obtained through our websites and online services when the relevant User registers to use or otherwise utilizes software functionality utilizing the Boom Stick Armory cloud-based infrastructure, software, and other applications used by Boom Stick Armory to provide the necessary functionality for operations across all aspects of the Boom Stick Armory system (collectively, the "Services"). In addition, some of our Services might be subject to a separate privacy policy. If a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, we will post it on the relevant website or otherwise in connection with the Service in question.

 

The current version can be found on our website www.boomstickarmory.us. We will not make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy or reduce the rights of Users under this Privacy Policy without providing a notice thereof on our website. This Privacy Policy only covers data processing of Personal Data carried out by Boom Stick Armory and Personal Data in the possession of Boom Stick Armory. The Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third parties. Boom Stick Armory disclaims all responsibility for the processing carried out by third parties, also in cases where Services include hyperlinks to third parties’ websites.

1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND SOURCES OF DATA

We collect two types of information from the Users: User Data and Technical Data. Although we do not normally use Technical Data to identify individuals, sometimes individuals can be recognized from it, either alone or when combined or linked with User Data. In such situations, Technical Data may also be considered Personal Data under applicable laws, and we will treat the combined data as Personal Data if required by applicable laws.

 

Boom Stick Armory may collect and process User Data including, but not limited to: (i) name and contact details; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) phone number; (iv) invoicing and billing information; (v) transaction and other payment data; and (vi) other Personal Data Users provide themselves. Some User Data is received directly from Users at the point of registration or otherwise during the customer relationship, while the rest is based on data provided to Boom Stick Armory for processing.

 

Technical Data gathered in connection with the use of our Services may include: (i) User’s IP address; (ii) browser type and version; (iii) preferred language; (iv) geographic location; (v) operating system and computer platform; (vi) full URL clickstream, including date and time; (vii) products or services a User viewed or searched for; (viii) areas of our Services a User has visited; and (ix) historical data regarding the use of our Services.

Our Services use several web analytics services to compile Technical Data and reports on visitor usage and to help us improve our Services.

8. RECIPIENTS

We only share Personal Data within the organization if necessary for Services. We do not share Personal Data with third parties outside of the organization unless:
