Firearms & Lower Receivers: All Sales Are Final

All firearm and lower receiver sales are final. Once a transfer is accepted or completed at the FFL, Boom Stick Armory does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for new, certified used, or non-certified used firearms.

Firearm & Lower Receiver Transfer Guidelines

When you receive the firearm or lower receiver at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer. If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival—including due to a failed background check, legal restriction, or refusal to pick up—the transaction will be canceled. Boom Stick Armory will process a cancellation and return of the product, minus any applicable fees, a $30 return shipping fee, original shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.

Unused Non-Firearm Inventory Returns

Unused, non-firearm inventory (including accessories, optics, gear, suppressor components, and branded merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided proof of purchase is presented. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all non-firearm inventory returns.
If you receive incorrect or missing items, please contact customer support immediately.
Returned apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and free of damage.
Boom Stick Armory reserves the right to limit or decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
